What ScrapeX does

ScrapeX is a B2B lead generation platform. You name a type of business and a place. ScrapeX searches public sources, reads each company's own website, and delivers companies that have a contact (an email, plus a phone number when one is public), each with a score and the reason for it.

• Prospect Discovery: search by business type and location.
• Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): describe your best customer and find more like them, or paste a customer's website and get lookalikes.
• Social Intelligence: company, hiring and conversation data from LinkedIn, X and Reddit (Growth and above).
• My Leads: everything delivered to you, with filters, scores, notes and CSV export.
• Sent & Replies: email the leads from your own Gmail and see who replied.
• Team and Developer API: invite colleagues and connect ScrapeX to your own tools (Growth and above).

Quick start

1. Create a free account at Sign up. Free gives you 10 credits a month with no card.
2. Open Prospect Discovery. Type a business type (for example dentist), a location (for example Manchester, United Kingdom) and how many leads you want.
3. Press Search. You can leave the page: the search keeps running and the results are saved.
4. Open My Leads. Filter by score, country or city, open a lead to see its contacts and the reason for its score.
5. Export a CSV (Growth and above) or write to the lead from Sent & Replies.

Prospect Discovery

Enter a business type, one or more locations (separate them with a semicolon) and how many leads you want. ScrapeX searches several public sources at once, reads each company's website and keeps only the leads that match.

What counts as a lead

A lead is a company with a contact. By default that means an email. In places where small businesses rarely publish an email, a phone number counts too. You can ask for email only.

If a search comes up short

ScrapeX keeps searching the same area with more sources until your number is met or the area runs out, and tells you which happened. A search never delivers more than the number you asked for.

Duplicates

ScrapeX remembers every lead delivered to your workspace and never delivers it, or charges for it, again.

Ideal Customer Profile

Your ICP is the type of business most likely to buy from you. Write it in a sentence (for example, dental clinics with no online booking), add the places to search, and ScrapeX finds matching businesses and scores each one.

Hot is 70 or more, Warm is 35 to 69, Cold is under 35. Each point has a reason and a source link, so you can see why a business is where it is.

Lookalike Finder

Paste the website of your best customer. ScrapeX works out what kind of business it is and finds more like it.

Cost

2 credits per 10 matches (each started block of 10), charged once per match.

Social Intelligence

Research companies, hiring, people and conversations on LinkedIn, X and Reddit. Search by keyword and location, or paste a company page link or handle. Only publicly visible information is collected.

The price is shown before you run a search. Results are saved so you can reopen any past run. Available on Growth and above.

My Leads

Everything delivered to your workspace lives here. Filter by score (Hot, Warm, Cold), country, city, category, or whether a lead has an email, phone or named people. Open a lead to see its contacts, website gaps, the reason for its score and a ready-to-edit draft email.

• Emails and phone numbers are shown in full, with where they were found.
• Contact details are encrypted at rest.
• Suppressed emails and domains (people who opted out) never appear.

Sent & Replies

Connect your own Gmail in Settings, then email leads straight from ScrapeX. ScrapeX only looks at conversations it started, so it can show who replied. Every email ends with an unsubscribe line, and anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.

Exports

Download your leads, companies, opportunities or social results as CSV (Growth and above). An export only contains data you already own. Exports include contact details for delivered leads.

Credits and plans

A credit is the unit you spend. One credit delivers 20 leads. Credits renew each month with your plan. Credits you buy never expire.

• Each payment covers 30 days. Plans never renew by themselves: email info@scrapex.io to keep the plan, or do nothing and you move to Free with your data kept.
• Buy any number of credits from 10 to 5,000. $0.25 each, $0.22 each from 500, $0.20 each from 2,000.
• All payments are final, including unused credits. See the Refund and Subscription Policy.

Lead delivery is also limited per hour, day and month on every plan (shown in Plan & Credits) so one search can never run away.

Team and workspaces

Growth and above include the team portal. Invite people by email and give each a role.

Agencies can create one workspace per client and switch between them from the top bar.

Developer portal

Open your avatar menu and choose Developer. It opens in a new tab. There you create API keys, choose what each key may do, set an expiry and a credit cap, and watch calls, errors and credits per key. The API reference is linked from the portal and listed on its own page.

Your data and privacy

• Each workspace is separate: other customers can never see your leads.
• Download everything tied to your account, or delete your account, from Settings.
• The providers we use are listed on the Subprocessors page.
